Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on every order. No minimum purchase and no hidden conditions — we believe delivery should be simple and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. Our focus is on providing the best possible service locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your items. Contact us at info@variastyle.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been accepted, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
Do you accept exchanges?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
If more than 7 business days have passed since shipping and your parcel still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@variastyle.com, and we’ll look into it immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order, and we will do our best to help.
